Northern Heritage Tours is a family-run business led by Lee, Emma, and their daughter Lily, all of whom have lived and worked in Yorkshire, England their entire lives. With deep local roots and a genuine love for the region, they are passionate about helping visitors experience the North in a personal, relaxed, and meaningful way.
The family currently live just outside the historic city of York, ideally located for exploring Yorkshire and Northern England. Together, they offer bespoke, luxury private tours built on local knowledge, warm hospitality, and a genuine pride in sharing their home with visitors from across the globe.

Lee
Tour Guide & Designer
Lee designs and hosts the tours themselves. Having spent a lifetime exploring Yorkshire and the North of England, he knows the scenic back roads, historic towns, countryside landscapes, and hidden gems that many visitors would never discover on their own. His approach is unhurried and flexible, creating private tours that feel tailored to each guest rather than following a fixed itinerary.
Emma
Planning & Guest Care
Emma looks after the planning and guest care, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment a trip is booked. From logistics and timing to accommodation and thoughtful details along the way, Emma makes sure guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and completely looked after.
Lily
Social Media & Marketing
Lily leads social media and marketing, sharing the stories, scenery, and atmosphere of Northern Heritage Tours with guests around the world. Having grown up in Yorkshire, she brings a fresh and creative perspective while capturing the character of the region and the experiences awaiting visitors.
